on the third floor, and comprises two large double bedrooms,
fitted wardrobes, fans, full bathroom and full kitchen
with hob, oven fridge/freezer. Utility area with washing
machine and roof terrace washing line. Lounge/diner with
sofabed and English tv. Laundry and towels provided and
the apartment has an alarm for your security.
The Mirador a pretty traditional Andalucian style with
wooden shutters, bougainvillea and landscaped gardens.

This part of the Costa
Blanca benefits from many glorious beaches of fine sand and
warm water such as Guardamar, La Zenia, and La Mata, and the
area also has a number of small and quiet bays with transparent
water such as Campoamor and Cabo Roig.
Within a five minute radius you will find 3 excellent
and challenging courses, namely Villamartin, Campoamor, and
Las Ramblas. The apartment is ideally situated, and has views
over one of the golf holes of the Villamartin golf course.
The coastal town of Torrevieja is only 15 minutes
drive from Villamartin, and is located 45km south of Alicante
airport. Torrevieja is an old fishing town, but has grown significantly
in recent years; it now has excellent amenities, and has become
a first-class tourist location.
